Just finished this book. That means that I’ve read just about every book that Walsch has written, except for the books for teens and some of the more extraneous material. It is an attempt at condensing the basics of the entire “Conversations With God” series into one, sort of a “Primer”.
My philosophy was forced to change when I became more aware/sensitive/somewhat psychic, etc, and this is about the best assessment that I could put into words, although I don’t agree 100% and I definitely have plenty of questions that “God” hasn’t answered yet, but this pretty much sums it up. I would recommend most of Walsch’s books on this subject, except I’d warn that this book and “The New Revelations” are mainly for religious people and challenging their beliefs, which to me is a spent force and has been for many years.
The first two “Conversations With God” books were extremely stimulating for me when I was first reading them a couple of years ago, while doing security — night shifts, hiding in a closet and whatnot so that my supervisor didn’t catch me. However, while this “Tomorrow’s God” is dry by comparison for me, it’s still a worthwhile read, particularly for its closing statements on the nature of “enlightenment”, which is not totally satisfactory for me, I’ll admit, but still fairly poignant.
