One of my favorite obscurities discovered during my tenure at WZRD. This is a new wave record packaged with a creased tin sheet. The music and overall sound is like a more melodic DEVO, but just as creative. Most notable is the opener track “Nun With A Gun” and the manic/epic “Falling In Love” on Side B. There are a couple of really nice ambient synth interludes, too.

My copy didn’t come with the booklet. The bastard on ebay pretended he didn’t know that it came with one, but I think I was partially refunded for that error. One day I will get a good printable scan of that booklet. Some of them, I’m told, had blood on them because obviously the handlers cut themselves on the metal corners.
